So, what's in your bookcase/internet favorites?

Herp/Snake/Kingsnake/Mexicana/Thayeri()-related

I'm a reader and researcher when I get my mind on something, so I'm just looking for ideas on books, websites, etc, that members of this community find useful and informative.

If it helps, I've got a 3-month old Thayeri (Leonis).

He's still a baby, so I'm not looking into breeding much right now, but maybe someday =)

Thanks in advance,
Kevin Black

P.S. Oh, just curious...does hand-feeding do anything other than make for cool pictures? build trust or anything like that?

Some of my favorites are Texas Snakes by Werhler & Dixon hardcover edition, great chapter on alterna. Mountain Kingsnakes by Brian Hubbs. Kingsnakes and Milksnakes by Ron Markel. Common Kingsnakes by David Perlowin. Systematics and Natural History of Milksnakes by Kenneth Williams. And last but not least the two all time classics by Karl Kauffield, Snakes and Snake Hunting and Snakes: The Keeper and the Kept.
