While I must agree that those animals have VERY unique looking eyes when it comes to pattern and color, I like what mother nature has done as far as natural color and pattern go. I like how the pattern continues through the eye and the colors are normally a match. Unfortunately, ma nature messed up when she gave my red snake, grey eyes! So, how's this for contrast?

here is the same girl on a rather lackluster day as far as intense color goes. This is when it looks like ma nature got it right.

I just love red eyes on a boa...dynamite...

What I think is neat is that eyes seem to change color to match the color the boa is in at the time. These are all pics of the same snake, but by no means as nice as the eyes posted already, but just to show the color changes.

Since this pic, he has gained tons of burnt orange and red all throughout his head and neck. Take a look at those gorgeous eyes. I think the morphs take this one with no problem. Now what shall we compare for round three???
