I would be pleased if someone gave me a link to a gut loading recipe for mealworms,I used to have one but lost it.

I don't have a direct link but I can tell you what I used:

3 parts bran or wheat germ
1 part corn meal
1 part fish food
1 part baby cereal (rice)
1 part dry milk

I just mixed that together in a big vat and the mealworms grew like crazy. Sometimes I've added the following, but I daresay you could do without if you had to:

1 part alfalfa powder
1/2 part dried egg yolk
1/2 part shredded coconut
A pinch of brewer's years

And of course I fed them veggies for water. The deeper in colour, the better (so, Spinach, carrots, that type of thing)

here is a link to the one on adcham, it has both wet and dry mixes. If you cannot find the exact ingredients you can substitute.

hse has the Calcium/phosphorus ratio and other notes as well as what NOT to feed. You can use this as a guide for the best veggies for your feeder insects.

I have not read your previous posts, but I hope you are not using mealworms as your staple food.
