This specimen has much more pink then the photo shows. I have another photo to post later showing it staring down a snail as it waits for the snail to emerge from its shell so it can grab and eat it.

Waiting for the snail to emerge from its shell. I put in several snails and mist the cage at dusk and the snake emerge and the misting encourages the snails to move about but its their doom to do so.
This was a bad shot through the glass so I hope you can make it out. When the snail came out it latched on in a flash and sucked it out in about 4 seconds of pulling with its mouth. It sorta chews out the snail. Every bite it takes it moves it further down its throat until the snail finally gives up or is forced out.
