here is an updated picture of my hatchling pinkskins. as they grow their shells seem to be turning yellow. the green on their shells is not algea but shedding skin on their shell. even their pinkskin turns green before its shed.

Good looking turtles Steve. C.J.'s little turtle did look alot like that but most of it went away. I can see that they have nice light colored shells under that green.Martha
