A member of the genus Sceloporus.

I'm not sure on the range, but maybe the Eastern Fence lizard as found here:

I *think* the only other scelops in the eastern US is the Florida Scrub lizard, which can be seen (along with the eastern) here: www.southalley.com/album_lizard.html
