Hi all, I have an inside enclousre with a a 160 Watt PowerSun UV that is 16 inches from the tip of the bulb to the top of my red foot's shell inside a large Dogloo. With this, the red foot is only getting 30uW/cm^2 of UVB (http://www.uvguide.co.uk/mercvapourfloods.htm#zoomedpowersun). Red foots in their natural population in the Panamanian states get 400 uW/cm^2 when its partly cloudy and 200 uW/cm^2 when its overcast (http://www.uvguide.co.uk/uvinnature.htm). Anyone use the T-Rex Active UV Heat Spot Lamp, Osram Ultra-Vitalux, ReptileUV Zoo Mega-Ray, or other bulbs to get near natural UVB levels - I'd like to not have to supplement with vitamin D and just let the process act via UVB. I'm building an outside enclosure to get natural UVB, but still need an inside solution.

Cheers,
-r
