That's an F2 or F3 animal from Stefan Moeller's (www.elaphe.info) outstanding line of North Vietnamese mandarin ratsnakes. I've got a male from 2004 myself; they're in my opinion the most beautiful example of Euprepiophis mandarinus you can find, save for outstanding examples of E. mandarinus from Sichuan Province China.
