I was wondering if this could be becuse I have him in a 29 gallon tank and I can seem to get it up to 80 dagrees I have a heat pad (witch I was just told it was bad for him) and I hot a blacklight bulb witch thay recamened and a heat lamp for daylight... he looks still very healthy and fat has all his colour...so please hit me back witha good way to heat it up if I need that or if I need a smaller tank or what

keep your over head light on for him take away the heat pad remeber red leg and well A 30 gallon tank is really big for just a small pacman frog i have a pixie frog that over 10 inches long and his in a 15 gallon so up to you maby your pac if just worried about exploring the tank because its so big i have my adult corn in a 30 gallon tank so yea
