I have a decent sized B/W tegu I bought recently.

I am feeding her med rats and large roaches. I just bought some fruit, but don't know which ones are good and bad? I also do scrambled eggs regularly. I'd like to get a better diet into all my monitors. I have a sevana,dumeral,and black throat. I hear carrots and lettuce are good?
