not bad at all. Focus is good, composition of the portraits is good too. The full body shots would benefit from being moved towards an edge of the frame more, to leave some negative space in front of the snake. A chain link fence doesn't exactly scream natural either.

As for exposure, the shots are really sharp and the Depth of field is good - so the exposure is perfect. I think fill flash might help here, to reduce the contrast between the bright areas and the shadows. Shoot through a diffuser if possible, shiny snakes reflect flash like crazy.
