i have the same questions too. i use a 60 watt dalight blue bulb for day and i think a 40 watt red bulb at night i still never see 82 F and night it drops to like 69 f dont know what to do i have this frog for over a year and i think its fine. and as far as feeding i use crickets and sometimes pinkys . i hear ppl on here use fish meal worms wax worms and earth worm. i havent been getting any success on getting my frog to eat them well good luck with you
