I don't get this..conservationist that know what they are doing have rights to study them along with ways that are not removing them no matter what regulations are against the public takeing them.

I don't get it are you mad cause their is only one salamander on the list that cant be removed?? Or because they don't issue a bag limit for the others?? this makes no sense.
