The foot won't grow back. It does look like a female and she looks pretty heavy. She's likely gravid so make sure you supplement with lots of calcium and gutload the insects. I really like the rep-cal with vitamin D3 for my als. You should also set up a hide box with some damp substrate so that she can lay her eggs when the time comes.
