There is no secret per say to a stress-less cleaning of any day gecko enclosure.
However, I can let you in on the way to a Less-stressed way of cleaning the enclosure-
Use a clear deli cup (size dependent on the size of the animal) to catch the day gecko. Use the cup to trap the gecko onto hte glass/screen of the enclosure, then slowely slip the top onto the deli cup. You can try this with a couple insects in the cup or without but you will need to go very slowely toward the animal. After a time or two, you will get the hang of it.
