I know my RES has 2 ear infections. Everything I'm reading says take it to the vet and they'll cut it open and drain the infection out. My question is what happens if I don't do anything. She eats great, looks healthy other than the ears. Is there any medicine that will clear this up I can buy over the counter or over time will it go away. Need some help
