The only plants I know of that are poisonous are wondoring jew, and poinsettas, and I hope I spelled the two of those correct. And, I'm not sure if they could cause a fatality or not, but you know the wild mushrooms that grow on old trees and on the ground?I'd keep those away from your tortoise as well.
