If they don't have parasites they'll fatten up on their own in due time. I really don't think you can power feed an AFT My boy gets anywhere from 6 to 10 dusted crickets a night. No, I don't use a calcium dish. Never really found it necessary. As far as a water dish goes, I just use a peanut butter jar lid. If you have young ones you might try a baby food jar lid. Good luck.
