You can buy the kind for aquarium fish and put food in it that you use for your aquatics. If this is a terrestrial turtle it can probably go without food for a week if it is healthy and a healthy, heavy. Just feed him well before you leave and reduce the temp 10 degrees.

Be sure someone comes at least once to give him a change of water. Or make sure the water does not tip over and he has nothing to drink for a week! Tess
