Yes could be a bit of skin left from a recent shed. Could also be salts etc excreted with her breath. If its not bothering her breathing, leave it. Alternatively, wait until she is asleep and carefully see if you can easily brush it off with a q-tip. Might want to increase humidty or investigate other reasons why it may have happened.
