The chances that you can look at a frill and tell if it is a cross are pretty tough. The only 100% way you would know is if you produced the animal yourself or you trust the person who gives you the animal and shows you the parents. Your animal is a nicely colored animal. 60/40 ??? yeah....
I have produced crosses and the babies looked really nice and some looked more Australian than others. If your animal was apet store bought, then its a NG import special for $175.
Anyone who has true australians and breeds it out to an NG would tell you when you bought it; especially when they ask for more money than an NG. None of the Australian holders I know have done this; I only did it by accident and wont do it again.
Of course this is just my opinion....
