try going to this site www.imageshack.us and upload your pictures. Just check the box to have them automatically resized (for websites and emails). Then copy and paste the code for "direct link to image" and insert it between the "img" brackets explained for "images" in "Tools and Toys." Eazy peazy japaneazy...
