Your enclosure looks nice if you have light you could try real live plants they seem to prefer them but either way the Cuban treefrog as it gets bigger will EAT the anole.
If its to small now it will attempt to as it grows . I have seen Cuban treefrogs eat geckos-other treefrogs and anoles here in Miami at night .
Green treefrogs are another thing all together but Cuban treefrogs I wouldn't house with anything but same size Cuban treefrogs.
