I recently just got a baby amazon tree boa about 3 weeks ago but it has refused to eat .

The store i got it from says it has eaten before and it's getting quite frustrating trying to get him to eat. its eating pinky mice. The temperature in the enclosure is perfect and the humidity is around 70. any tips or tricks will be helpful!!!
