Thank you Eve and Rose, yeah it does hurt I always have hated losing those that we take and become part of the family which Bonnie did. It was interesting while we were treating Bonnie, Bugsy would check on her and then look at me, I think he was concerned. Sounds strange but you keep pets long enough you can pick up on what they want or how they are feeling just by the look in their eyes.
