I would be very careful using Ivomec with snakes, especially small ones, as the margin of safety with it is very small and it is fairly toxic. There are other much safer and more effective drugs for internal parasites. I would definitely have a fecal run on them by a vet to verify your thoughts about a possible parasite issue. Doesn't really sound like an RI, but it is a possibility.
