Blue is never good. The blue spots that you are seeing is from bacteria that is growing on your eggs. It will continue to spread until it completely overtakes the egg. Hopefully they don't all go bad but the reason why the blue bacteria growth is even growing is because there are no viable embryos in those eggs. Your temps look good and if your humidity and substrate are all good too, then it's not something that you did wrong...those eggs just weren't meant to be.

Good luck with any that are not showing that blue/green color.
