I have had a blind in one eye adult redfoot for ten years.
She is oblivious to some of the finer nuances of socialization
within her group but otherwise gets around just fine.
Your totally blind one will find her food by smell
although she will obviously need assistance
if housed with others to ensure she gets her fair share.
She will certainly be at a distinct disadvantage.

Someone may be devoted enough to take on the responsibility
of her long term special care should you opt to keep her alive.
But a judgment on the quality of a life under those conditions
is a subjective one.

If she lacks tear ducts, I would be concerned about her
ability to excrete certain harmful chemicals.

On balance, I would let her go.
