Has anyone had any luck getting southern ringnecks to eat nightcrawlers?

I've had luck getting southern ringnecks to eat worms, fish, frogs, snakes, anoles, skinks, and some even pinky mice.

What size are southern ringnecks ready to breed?

Some localities of southern ringecks are smaller than others.. anywhere from 7 to 9 inches.

How big are the babies?

3 to 4 inches, usually pretty small.
