Temp in the 60's aren't good for a Colombian.
Min t° need in the low 70's. T. teguixin is not cold tolerant at all.
This spe is from tropical zone, not "hot-tempered climat" as merianae and rufescens.
Outdoord maintenance is not so good for Columbian since you not live in tropical or sub-tropical zone (South Florida for ex).
The benefice of natural uv is nothing if the t° are not good.
