Thanks for the reply. I've bumped up the warm side to about 92-93. Since posting this, the last 2 times I've gotten her out there hasn't been anything on the cloaca so perhaps it was nothing to worry about. I'm surprised that Aspen may be the way to go but I may give it a try soon. As far as ventilation I've got 15-20 holes in the top of the lid, I'm just thinking that my house humidity is about 50% as even with no water in the tank and tons of holes it stays high. Although, I have another snake on aspen and with only 5-6 holes (CRB) it only stays at 60% so maybe Aspen is better at absorbing humidity?
