The biggest difference you'll notice in the jags today is the price tag. If it's a pure coastal jag the husbandry is going to mimic a normal coastal. Cage size, diet, breeding, etc..
If you are really looking for a jag with a light base you might inquire and see if Mike Curtin is going to produce anymore ivory jags this year.

Those are the best pictures I could find. I've seen some more recent pictures of some of the clutch and they developed beautiful creamy white base colors.
