I have a diamondbacks turtle that is 3 years old. Recently, I notice that my turtle only swim or move with his 2 hands. His 2 legs aren't moving at all. It seems like his 2 legs is not functioning at all. Can anyone let me know what's happening and any treatment i can do to save him. Thank You
