You could get the Angel Island chuckwallas no problem, S. hispidus. The San Estebans are a different story. They are on the USWF Endagered species list and are CITES Appendix I. It is possible but so much trouble that most people do not want to bother. And CITES considers any hybrid that is part App I appendix I. So it would be as difficult as sending pure varius.
