Greg is absolutely correct!. That is a very young neonate common Boa constrictor(B.c.imperator). As he said, very likely an escaped recent acquisition from someone, or could easily be one that was born in the wild from the many non-indigenous boas that are roaming the extreme southern states now days such as Florida.
