Biden is right! I am ALL for the protection of the Desert Tort, but we HAVE TO cut spending somewhere. Sorry, but a website funded by the government about the desert tortoise is NOT an essential service - though it looks like a pretty good website! Maybe a private organization could take it over? Its a miniscule drop in the bucket, but those drops add up. Adios to the fiddlers as well!
