Was the snake de-parasitized when you got it? Keep in mind every time you feed it an Anole you're introducing parasites. Chances are they will be of a different type than what it harbored in the wild from where it came from.
If it was cb then that's a completely different ball of wax! I have 18 imported Mangrove Snakes and 1.1 Boiga Cynodon. All but 2 (Mangroves) are solidly on rodents/chicks. The 2 holdout juvie Mangroves took forever to take lizard scented mice and were fed feeder lizards to bridge the gap. As they are now taking the mice, I have treated them again for parasites and hopefully will never have to resort to feeder lizards.
If it's taking mice stick with that! It will need to be "cleaned up" sooner rather than later however. I typically wait 60 or so days with recent imports..making sure they're feeding routinely and are well hydrated before commencing worming. 2 doses spread out 10 days apart then a follow-up treatment 45 days after that usually results in clean fecals. I then treat the whole group on an annual basis after that. I simply put the doses in prey items.
