Can someone point me to a good care sheet that discusses CB Hatchling Brumation theory, discussing the if's and how's?

Also, does anyone have growth rate information. The 2011 CB Aquas I just got are ravenouse eaters, growing at a phenominal rate....already doubled in weight in 3 weeks! I want to see if this is normal, and what should I expect, or shoot for.
