Hi Lloyd,.... a light normal in my opinion. That is pretty typical of many juvenile Yellow ratsnakes, and would be considered a normal variation of a naturally occurring phenotype. Some are far more brown, tan/wheat, yellow, or a bit orange/yellow than others is all. Of course it will change substantially as it mutures too.
