Ivermectin is an efective way to treat rodents with mites. apply 1% ivermectine to the dorsal area of the rodent once every 2 weeks for 3 weeks. Ivermectin is safe for post ween rodents only, has been known to cause nuero issues with nursing animals. Hope this helps
