At some point it gets hard to sympathize with these people.

You CANNOT EVER allow neighbors or strangers on your property, or tell them what you do.
Those that do, do so at their own peril. Publicity like this only broadcasts to the ignorant public how easy it is to keep a large number of reptiles inside of an average
residence, and impacts the entire herp community negatively, by allowing the sensation-hungry media to portray us as "hoarders".
