I use to drink snakebites in Bermuda and the Brits would say they were outlawed in London because of there power. Its a good drink to get girls drunk fast because they are so good. I once made a 24oz 20% alcohol snakebite with strongbow cider and elephant beer. I don't even know if you can get it this strong in the US. You can get the ingredients at total wine a snakebite is an equal mix of strong beer and and hard cider pored over ice. You can adjust the strength and sweetness by using different types cider and beer.
Another Bermudian favorite is a "dark and stormy" its ginger beer and Bermudian Black seal rum. mmmmmm I'm getting thirsty!!
