Hi Jeff,......the tessera's can have ALL sorts of different and very odd belly patterning and coloring....from patternless, very sparcely-checkered, and even multi-colored wide-striped, and solid dark belly too. But as far as I know whatever types they started out with, basically stay that way through adulthood.
