That is the Bird-eating Snake (Pseustes sulphureus). Here's a juvenile I caught in the Amazonian side of Ecuador. You can see how the juvenile bands are still barely visible in your snake, which is probably a subadult. Notice the baby is even trying the neck puffing display.
