That looks to be a Nicaraguan boa. Even though it does have a reddish tail, they aren't really true "red-tail" boas, even though many pet stores and hobbyists commonly refer to them as such. True red-tails are classified as "Boa constrictor constrictor" (B.c.c.), whereas the Mexican, Central American (yours), and common Colombian boas, etc.. are classified as B.c.imperator (B.c.i.).

Here is a Nicaraguan boa that looks virtually identical to yours as well. Their bellies can vary greatly, with some having lots of dark speckling, while others can have cleaner light reddish-pink bellies. The overall darker coloration, the rounder (more circular) dorsal saddles, and belly are all very indicative of Nicaraguan boas (B.c.imperator).
