Everything should be fine. The small one is almost certainly the male. Leave the eggs with mom and see if she will eat. Some females will eat on the nest and start gaining back the fat reserves used to produce the eggs. If not leave her be. The smaller male may also choose not to eat as many BPs go off feed during winter for the breeding season. As he is still small he may still eat through the winter. Unless you can see that one or both of them are very skinny then don't worry if they don't eat. Remember that reptiles can go a very long time between meals.
If you feed live do not under any conditions leave live rodents with snakes and or eggs unattended.
