As a follow up to this message: one day after the metronidazole treatment the noticeable lump in his stomach area was gone!

This is inconsistent with Crypto. since the enlargement is inflammation and fibrosis and thought to be irreversible. Also, crypto. should not be susceptible to metronidazole.

I'm cautiously hopeful that whatever he's got can be eliminated...
