Agreed. Pseudelaphe flavirufa. The common name is usually Yellow-eyed Ratsnake or Mexican Nightsnake, although Mexican Nightsnake isn't really a very good name for them since they aren't closely related to other "nightsnakes" (Hypsiglena and Eridiphias).
