Cheryl... here in CNY we were orginally forecast for up to 5 inches of rain and 50-60mph winds. In reality we got less than a quarter of an inch of rain and 25-30mph winds. They still aren't sure why we got Sandy to a lesser degree but compared to those people on the coast I'm not complaining.
