You mean you acclimate them for 2 hours? Invertebrates are very sensitive to even the slightest bit of water quality changes. If it's possible, I would acclimate them for the 2 hours, leave them in there overnight and another 2 hour acclimation period. Then try. That's the best advice I have for you at the moment.
